User License

Tues is our GO Live! for our SalesLogix environment.  We were successful importing our 900+ users via LDAP.  Does anyone know an update statement or quicker way then touching each account to assign the correct client license?

Could you explain a bit more what you mean ? You don't need to assign a license (that's handled automatically). ? Regards Mike

We have like 80 concurrent user licenses, 270 web view licenses  100 webonly 30 remote licenses.   Our 900+ import has concurrent licenses that we need to customize the groups with the licenses they need.

Ah right, I see. Check the USERSECURITY table. Each user TYPE is represented by a code. You can simply change this for each of the users (provided you can somehow group them together) and provided they sit within the scope of licenses you have (e.g. you don't exceed the licenses you have). M = Remote N = Network (LAN) C = Concurrent T = WebOnly V = WebViewer R = Retired T = Template A = AddOn Regards Mike
