Exporting to Excel Error

Trying to export the contact list to Excel (2007) and get the following error:

What version of Internet Explorer are you using?

Can you check the following settings in IE8? 

• Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked safe for scripting should be enabled for that website
• Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting should be enabled
