Send SLX on Outlook

Hi

I'm using SLX 7.5.3 web and Outlook 2010. When I send an email to one of my contacts I would that SLX save this as .msg attachment and not as a plain text. How can I do?

Moreover when I open from the History tab page one of the email sent why I see the "Open E-mail" button disabled?

There is a "option" in v7.5.3 which determines if the .msg is saved OR if the "contents" are saved (the way it has normally been done).

WARNING: This is a system wide setting for all users and no way to set it on an individual basis

In the SalesLogix Administrator tool: Tools -> Options -> Outlook tab

In the bottom half: Send SLX choices.
