The New SalesLogix Mobile

Hey Community,

I've been trying to find documentation on "The New SalesLogix Mobile" app, specifically on what we need in place before implementation and the implementation guide itself.

I am wondering if anyone has this and if they can let me know where to find it.  I have looked through the areas I thought I would find it without luck.

A - You must be on the latest release of SalesLogix w/ALL updates/HFs (v7.5.3).

B - Implementation info is available on the SalesLogix Support site under 7.5 - just login to get it.

C - Info is limited

D - Customization classes will be given via SageU (1st ones in mid April).

Hey RJ,

I looked through the documentation and I have just one question for you if you may know the answer:

The SSL cert that you need as part of the deployment, is it just a standard SSL or is there a particular flavor that we need for deployment?

Can you let me know?

You don't need it (technically) to make it work. You will want it for security reasons.. and that's all.

I recommend that folks not waste their $$$ on buying one.. "Self-Cert".. after all, the ONLY people using this will be your own employees!
