Users cannot drag messages into Notes/History for a few Accounts

They can drag/Drop messages just fine into many accounts, but some accounts they can't.  Even if they are the account owner. No other issues seem to be wrong with the Outlook Plugin.

 

Just upgraded from 6.2 and we never noticed this.

 

Ideas?

 

LAN Client 7.5.4

Windows XP 32-bit

Outlook 2003

What happens when it doesn't work? Error messages?  What's in the Event Viewer Log?

Absolutley nothing (Although, I haven't savaged through any error logs).

 

We found the fix.  We started noticing that Drag/Drop didn't work for any accounts that don't have a contact.  As soon as we added a dummy contact, we could then drag/drop items from Outlook to SLX with success.

 

Bug, by design, or 'feature'?  :smileyhappy:
