SO Beta has not yet been announced and won't be until Sage feels it's ready for beta. I suggest you keep an eye out check on the "partner side" of the community for actual beta announcement.. when ever that will be.
NOTE: Lots if interesting changes coming and lots of things that will need to be run thru the wringer ;-)

Yes, I received my (pre-beta) links from the beta team for the latest spike last Thursday (March 15th). If you are on the beta list, you should have received yours.
Beta is NOT going to start this month. (see my post on LinkedIn).
Based on the info provided and past beta cycles, my "gut" says we might see actual beta start sometime in April... but that is just a guess ;-)
