slx web in a callcenter?

Has anybody experience in the callcenter Industry with SLX Web? I am looking for how to make call-scripts for the agents and to build a list for calling campaigns.

We've done call scripts for the Windows/LAN. I'd suggest that it should be quite simple to do the same for the web.
