Hi all, very pleased to announce that intelli-CTi for Sage Saleslogix V3.1 has just been released. As mentioned in an earlier post this release now formally supports integration with the Saleslogix web client.
This release improves the user experience for telephony integration (CTI) for Saleslogix as well as extending the range of supported telephone systems and improvements in compatibility with terminal services / Citrix environments.
