Hi all.

 

I get the following error when trying to send an email in SalesLogix or when I CLOSE a ticket and an email is supposed to be created:

 

"Could not login to Outlook. Make sure Outloko is properly installed Invalid class string"

 

I have tried registering the slxab32.dll and slmn.dll files (I don't know if they're supposed to appear in the WINDOWS\System32 fold) but that hasn't worked.

 

I also tried to click on the InstallOutlookIntegration.bat file but I still get the same error.

 

This was working fine, but just stopped working all of a sudden.

 

Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

"Invaldi class string" error means that the Outlook.Application COM object is not registered in the registry.

You might want to reinstall Outlook.
