Integration SLX with Other Web Applications Which Way to Choose?

Hi

 

I want to Integrate SLX 7.5 Web with SharePoint as well with a Existing Inventory System of my Client. My Question is whether i should choose Conventional Web Services Method to integrate this or to choose sdata. Please Suggest and Could any one explain the Reason for the Same.
